Jeff has broad experience as a civil litigator, and focuses his practice on insurance and tort law. He started his legal career as the judicial clerk for the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas in Delaware. Since he moved to Massachusetts in 2009, he has devoted his law practice to civil litigation, handling matters in small claims court, state district court, superior court, and federal court.

Nancie L. Edgren has over fourteen years of experience in civil litigation, mostly concentrating in complex personal injury matters, including medical malpractice, automobile accidents and premises liability involving death and serious injury.  Nancie's success in trying, mediating and settling personal injury cases comes from her attention to detail and zealous approach.  She also represents both employees and employers in workplace disputes including discrimination claims before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), as well cases in the Superior Court and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Jon Halaby’s practice focuses on insurance law, tort and construction litigation. Jon’s specialty as an insurance attorney involves the analysis and litigation of insurance bad faith claims, and the preparation of insurance coverage opinions. He is often called upon to advocate on behalf of insurance carriers and policyholders regarding claims handling and coverage questions. Jon’s general litigation practice specializes in personal injury, property loss, and business tort claims. Jean Zeiler has over 25 years of experience as an attorney, and focuses her practice on employment law, including claims for discrimination and wage violations. She represents individuals in all types of discrimination, including on the basis of sex, age, race, disability, sexual harassment, and illegal retaliation. Her practice also focuses on claims for unpaid wages, overtime, tips, and commissions, and reviewing severance agreements.

Allan N. MacLean concentrates his practice on assisting clients with employment-related legal issues.  In this regard, Allan represents both individual professionals and employers.  Allan has been practicing employment law since 2006 when he joined a national employment law boutique firm, where he spent twelve years working in the firm's Boston office.  Before entering private practice, Allan also clerked for the Justices of the Superior Court in Massachusetts.
