Donna is an attorney specializing in employment law with over 20 years of experience.  Donna counsels both employers and employees regarding the hiring process, discipline and termination, sexual harassment investigations, discrimination claims, personnel policies, wage and hour laws, reasonable accommodations, leaves of absence and other disability issues, severance and employment agreements, and overall compliance with state and federal employment laws. 

 Prior to joining Halaby Law Group, P.C., Donna maintained a private practice providing employment law counseling to a variety of employers, including a number of non-profit organizations.  Before starting her own practice, Donna worked in the labor and employment practice of Nixon Peabody LLP, where she represented management-side clients in all aspects of employment law, including discrimination and wrongful discharge litigation before state and federal courts and civil rights agencies.  Donna has lectured and trained supervisors and human resources professionals on a variety of employment topics both in-house and at seminar presentations.
